Model-net always aim to dispatch items with 3 working days (but please allow up to seven). We usually are able to dispatch quicker as we post most days. If your item is not in stock when you order, we will contact you. Please see our FAQ for details on this.

Items are usually dispatched first class. The exception to this is heavier items which are posted standard parcels.

ALL ORDERS OVER £30 ARE NOW SENT RECORDED DELIVERY.

We always obtain proof of postage, but do not insure items. If you would lke your item insured then add this item to your basket by clicking the button below.

All postage costs are added automatically at check-out. These prices are for UK mainland only. We are able to post worldwide, please message us about this before paying.

We reserve the right to withhold goods until full postage costs have been met on overseas orders.
